Quality Inspection
Each and every item is inspected three times during
our shipping process. We are dedicated to selling only high quality
items, and we do everything we can to insure only the highest of
standards are implemented.
Shipping & Package Tracking
All items are packed with the utmost care
and shipped insured. We double box most items. We normally ship
by all methods of DHL, UPS, and LTL carriers. We offer the customer the oppurtunity to select the method. In cases where free shipping is offered, we will select the safest, and fastest shipping method. The shipping method Tracking

Return Policy
While we do have a strict return policy, most items can
be exchanged, minus a restocking fee.
Non-Stock Items
All non-stock items will be charged a deposit. If you
have a deposit with us, rest assured that you will receive your
product. We find this is the most effective way of delivering the item
once it arrives into our warehouse. Special order items cannot always
be cancelled.
Pricing Errors
Please be advised that due to human error, our site may
list incorrect pricing. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer
BEFORE the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the
option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their
